By accessing or registering on lagan.me ("https://www.lagna.co.in/login"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Privacy Policy and Terms of Use ("Agreement"). Please read them carefully before using the services.
Users must be of legal marriageable age in India (currently 18+ for women, 21+ for men).
You affirm that you are legally eligible to marry and not restricted by any court, order, or law.
Lagan.me reserves the right to approve or reject registrations, including paid ones, at its sole discretion. Rejected paid users may receive prorated refunds.
Users are categorized as “Paid Members” or “Unpaid Members.”
Free accounts are provisional and can be suspended anytime without notice.
Members may terminate their accounts via their profile page. No refunds are provided unless explicitly stated.
Lagan.me reserves the right to terminate accounts that breach these terms or policies.
Members agree to use the platform solely for lawful matrimonial advertising.
Misuse of content or harassment of other members is strictly prohibited.
Displaying contact info (email, phone, URLs) publicly in the profile is not allowed.
Members cannot create multiple profiles or automate interactions (e.g., via bots/scripts).
Lagan.me may monitor and remove content or accounts at its discretion.
By uploading content (text, photos), you grant lagan.me an irrevocable license to use, display, and distribute it on the platform.
You are solely responsible for your profile content.
Lagna.me may request supporting documentation to verify authenticity.
Offensive or illegal content (e.g., pornographic, racist, defamatory, exploitative) is strictly prohibited and may result in termination and legal action.
All content on lagan.me, excluding user-submitted content, is proprietary and protected by copyright/trademark laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, or modification without consent is prohibited.
Lagna.me collects personal information to provide matchmaking services.
Profiles are publicly visible; users consent to this visibility and take full responsibility for posted information.
We may send match suggestions, communication alerts, or promotions via email or SMS.
Chat messages may be stored and monitored for safety and moderation purposes.
Participation in surveys or contests is voluntary.
Testimonials are posted with explicit user consent.
Fees paid are for profile advertisement only and do not guarantee matchmaking success.
Lagna.me does not offer refunds once services are activated.
Profiles can be deleted via the user dashboard, but no refund will be provided upon deletion.
Lagna.me enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against any form of child sexual abuse or exploitative content.
Prohibited: Uploading or sharing CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) content.
Detection: Use of automated tools and manual moderation to monitor uploads.

Law Enforcement: All violations are reported to appropriate authorities immediately.
Education: We promote safe behavior and regularly audit our platform.
Lagna.me is not responsible for the accuracy or truthfulness of member content.
